1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to Icon Fix General Building Maintenance Company. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") outline the rules and guidelines governing the provision of maintenance services ("Services") offered by the Company to its clients ("Client," "you," or "your"). This Agreement is designed to ensure clarity and mutual understanding regarding the services we provide and the expectations for both parties.
1.2 By engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 The Company agrees to provide building maintenance services as detailed in the service agreement or quotation provided to the Client.
2.2 Services may include, but are not limited to, routine inspections, repairs, cleaning, and emergency maintenance.
2.3 Any additional services not specified in the original agreement will be subject to a new agreement and additional charges.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 The Client must provide access to the premises and ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards.
3.2 The Client is responsible for providing necessary utilities, such as electricity and water, unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 The Client must notify the Company of any special requirements or restrictions related to the property.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Fees for the Services will be as specified in the service agreement or quotation.
4.2 Payment terms are [e.g., 30 days from invoice date, upon completion, etc.]. Late payments may incur interest charges as specified.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to withhold Services or terminate the agreement in the event of non-payment.
5. Scheduling and Cancellations

7.2 The Client is responsible for ensuring that their property is adequately insured.
8. Confidentiality
8.1 The Company agrees to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed by the Client.

9. Termination
9.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with [e.g., 14 days] written notice to the other party.
